Monday...grrr! cloudy @ 41 degrees, didn't feel any strain around my left piriformis, my heals were hurtin from volunteering outside in the rain Sunday for the Mardi Gras 7.1 miler...I didn't go back to the bar after, I was drenched, especially my work boots, but the place looked pretty cool, in part of an Industrial park.
