Easy 30 mins. on the dreadmill...Read on - Well, so much for KingsPark15k “2016”…didn’t happen, I was trying real hard to get this race in (haven’t done it in 5 years) before I have tooth #19, & possibly #15…extracted, didn’t happen, pain was so bad Thursday night that after I called in to work, I called my oral surgeon and they said do you want to come in today at 4:30...YES! out they went!...still went to race in support of Bill who did the deed 1st (ag) and $100.00…I drank a couple of buds with stitches in my mouth minus 2 teeth…Grr!
