Jones Beah 5m...the finale...Had a great SRS 2013...still holding up and we get good weather considering the weather for the other races. I warmed up with some short pick-ups. I went out at a pace that felt bearable, i wound up around the 7:40ish pace, it wasn't ez, i was racing to my ability, when i got to the 4th mile I wasn't sure what I had left, But I stepped it up, over the hill past Dave Frisone and on to that woman that I felt was in front of me the whole series, I ran like hell taking deep breaths like I haven't before...and through the finish line, that lady didn't final kick me and I was happy with my time, for now. Great after party w/BILL.
