Notes

My 1st race using the rythmic breathing method, I used the 3:2 most of the time, I'd say level 5:4, I did try 2:1 & for the last 1/2 mile or so I did 2:2. I do feel this worked well for me, I didn't go out to fast and was more ready for James St. then in the past, I even took james at a nice even pace, we'll see what happens from here on. The Line to get the bags was really bad, after party was good, took it tp font's, beers, jacuzzi, bbq, then off to Patty & Chucks block party. Bill was a DNF this year.
