I shouldn't of run this race with my new injury, but I did because after a longer then normal warm up due to my strained psosas, (what is that) I warmed up this muscle enough to think it should be ok for my last race of the year. I positioned what i thought was far enough up front to not loose any time like back in 2010 (wow long time ago) I ran hard from the start, "yes" to much slow traffic, did my weaving in and out of people for the 1st 1/2 mile, then settled in with my RB3:2, i staid with it to long, switched to 2:2 for the last mile and came through the finished @ 22:05...Bill went sub 19 again and took 3rd, we had a great Bud after party in the gym. 1 thing I'm on the DL with a Psoas strain, no running for >"...
