I chose to cut the lawn on my extra day off after memorial day weekend...I got up to glen brook and thought I had a big set back when I started to have knee pain again..oh shit, I stated to walk sideway's up the stairs, no dancing or jumping around, I started to do loops around the lake on lizards bike on sat. & sun., I think it helped...
