Sunny & Hot, but not humid...new course, I went out to fast for the 1st mile split, held as best I could, then the last 1.10 was killer, just tried to push, not loose o much, luckily I did, had a guy trying to catch me in my age group, but couldn't, he was 7 seconds behind me...Ha! 2 cold buds after wait for my gold medal...Ha!
