1st mile split @ 7:26, 2nd @ 7:31 3rd @ 7:21 & the + .10 @ 43, I decided to race it towards the end of the 1st split, kept my breathing @ 53 for the 1st mile, then to 2/2 for the rest, this was adjusted for Monday nights SRS of course, now not to get injured fro it.
