10 minute warm up @ L5, 0 % incline. Advance speed .5 & incline 1% per minute too 10% incline and speed @ L6, then back down. Raise speed .5 every min for the last 10 mins. To speed of 6. Don't know the last time I did this hill run on the TM, got bored and antsy...hope i don't feel it tomorrow...LOL
