Oh Boy, hope my 5 min. warm up was the problem, up 1% every minute to 15% & speed @ L6, my HR hit 180, had to step off the TM, and waited for HR to lower, back on and started @ 10%, took it down, then outside did my 5k loop counter clockwise, plus AMBx1. KP15k coming up?"...
