Too Hot, changed to 5k...it was sunny and hot, but not humid, didn't need to change...anyway, Police 5k was on Thursday so, I went out a little courteous and picked it up and by 1/2 way I was racing alright, felt like I was running fast and I probably was, my garmin had distance at 3.29 miles..Ha!, Bill had a much better night then @ Police5k and took gold, Great after Party drinkin some Cold Buds and chatting, Pat Engle joined us.
