A nice and Sunny frigid (longest) run, I started at 1 degrees & ended I think at 6 degrees!!!...I picked a great day to extend my 5 mile loop and wind up lost in Levittown, looking for N Jerusalem Rd...I followed my minds compass and found it, had some Jerk yell at me to get off the road just before I crossed over the Wantagh overpass, I yelled back shut up, should've yell get out of my way!...well that "7"...
