35 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up to 1% incline and .1 for speed every minute for 10 minutes to L6 speed @ 1 % incline; then up 1 more % to 2 % on incline & .1 on speed for another 10 minutes to L7 speed, then down to L6 & no incline for 5 minutes. Off the TM to the great outdoors for my 1.5 mile loop, home to home.
Notes: Went toDr Fryman, going for a computerized gait check on friday before the make my othodics, also had my physical w/my new Dr (Loewy), went well.
