So Humid, went out to fast, felt ok until all of a sudden I'm in lactic acid Hell at around the 2nd mile...so bad I walked through the 3rd and 4 water stops, glad I did, wound up sub 8min at least, Bill took 1s (ag) and the Beers were nice for the awards ceremony..oh, we had a young ad from Newsday talking to us about running on the new board walk.
