20 minutes on my TM, first 10 @ L5 with zero % incline, then up 1% along with speed for 5 minutes to incline @ 5% & speed @ 5.5, then back down the same for 5 minutes to L5 & zero incline, then outside AMB X2 @ a tempo pace. Went with my Ez 3m, feeling the same discomfort in left leg below and w/piriformis;most likely from playing catcher for Diana's 1st pitching clinic.
