Notes
A nice sunny, not humid, a little breezy weather at race time, I did my warm up with strides, felt ok, so lets see, I lined up to far back, no net time, gonna have to stop that, off we go, hit the 1st mile at 7:14ish, then the 2nd mile at close to 15 mins. (what!) I felt my splits where going off before their clocks, well I cut off almost a min in the last two miles, I passed a few people that I normally beat, but I couldn't catch up to Yvoone and then I notice that dude from Barley Corn beat me, wow, what are ya gonna due, I actually ran my fastest, but still couldn't get under 29 mins, have 1 cold one after.
REVISED: Am I kidding...I got injured some time, I think before the 1/2 way mark?", felt a strange brain pain connection in the upper back inner hip area!!! off course a shrugged it off, but it di damper the rest of the race while I kept pushing harder ( silly) I don't have to write much more about, as per I should start a separate injury page on word.
