went 7:48-7:08-7:17-7:11-7:07-7:07-6:54. ran with Alec Beutel. felt nice and easy on this run. hips feel decent. did 6 strides after on the road. with all this time on my hands I can really focus on running, recovery, and nutrition/ hydration. Kind of like a 2-week training camp of nothing but running.
