went 6:49-6:42-6:40-6:41-6:45-6:47-6:27-5:57. Sinnott, I swear I was being smart on this. I felt incredible so I just kept it rolling. Ran with nick and kinda dropped him. I had control of my breathing the entire time and felt very smooth. Best I have felt on a run so far. Ran on a bike path the entire time and it had shade the whole way which was very nice. Kept me from overheating. Ran on gravel for about 3 miles which felt nice and soft. very happy with this long run and this week of training. 2 strides after nice and smooth. mowed one-yard today and planning on mowing one tomorrow. rolled out a lot.
