Splits of 7:19-6:54-6:54-7:06-7:00-7:04-last 0.10 was 7:05 average. Legs were really tired today which was weird because the legs weren't sore yesterday but very sore today. Focused on recovering today and the rest of the week. Skipped strides because that would just tire out the legs even more. Core after. BHR after.
