this was a tempo and fartlek. 2-mile warmup at 7:56-7:14. then 2-mile tempo at 6:12-6:07. 5-minute jog then 5 by 1 minute on 1 minute off. all of the ons were 5:00-6:00 average. then cooldown to 7. felt a bit rough on this one. just one of those days. focusing on recovery. rolled out
