went 6:42-6:17-6:07-6:17-6:21-6:41. ran with Nick Lenzen on the bike path. felt fine through 3 miles but then started to overheat and the rest of the run was terrible. this is basically a failed long run. I was aiming for 9ish but I think I was smart stopping with how I felt. Skipped strides because I felt like doo doo. Today is just one day, I'll be fine. Just gotta recover today and take tomorrow off and I should be good. rolled out
