splits of 7:01-7:10-7:00-6:50-6:45. best my body and hips have felt on a run so far. hadn't done BHR in three days and my hips felt great. I asked Zach and he said I should do it 3 times a week. Solid run in the heat. also did strides for the first time. flet very smooth. just 4 of them
