went 6:56-6:41-6:38-6:32-6:28. first run with one of my high school teammates in a while. nice catching up with him and we had a great run, planning on running with him more in the coming days. Body felt great during this run and feels great after. During the run a garbage man said to us "man ya'll m*therf*ckers are runninnnnng". One of the best comments i have ever gotten on a run. 6 strides after flet very smooth. ran a few fast ones at the end
