0.40 team warmup. stretching. Ran west hills weave (2.64 miles at 7:09 pace). nice and easy mileage. 5 by 200 on the track with 100 jog and 100 walk after each one. 200 splits of 35-35-31-32-27. these were basically long strides that felt really good. nice and smooth. probably about a mile of work on the track. 1-mile cooldown at 7:07. the body is starting to feel good again. not that much pain today but still a little.
