easy 4 with the bro. first run with alec in like 3 months so that was nice. very fun run. splits of 7:23-6:46-6:42-6:31. nice and easy mileage. knee hurt a little, going to try to work on that throughout today but aerobically this run felt incredible. just gotta figure this knee thing out real quick
