Warmup 0.25 easy. Stretching. 4 miles main run with a pickup the last 2. Average of 6:13 overall. Splits of 6:41-6:41-5:54-5:32. Felt very smooth. I felt like myself again for a little bit. Not all the way there yet. 4 really fast buildups on the indoor track. The first time really spinning the legs and it felt really good. 0.5 cooldown around the school.
