2-mile WU at 8:09-7:36. 2-mile tempo at 6:07-6:02. 5-minute jog. 6 by 1 minute on 1 minute off. all of the ons were 4:5x. 5-minute jog. 1-mile tempo at 6:06. 1-mile cooldown. this was moderately hard but I felt good and got through it with alec.
