went 7:21-7:08-7:00-6:44. nice and easy planned recovery day. felt good. alec always says "no one is watching you on your recovery days". Kept it easy. A little boy and his father were sitting on their porch while I was doing my strides and the little boy points at me and says "He looks strong!" The father laughed and said "yes he does". Another great comment. 4 strides with ample recovery.
