went 7:44-7:13-7:08-7:03-6:57-7:01. first run back with alec this cycle because he wouldn't let me run with him. I did 6 and he went 13. good conversation very fun. body felt good and mechanically felt smooth. stomach hurt again. 2 strides after. mowed 2 yards today
