Goal: open. I had hoped for 6 miles today, but I just couldn't do it mentally. It is a lot warmer now than it was 3 weeks ago! I need to get out earlier for my long run or adapt, as it will be a long time before it's cool again. Did some Gallowalking, 2 min walk breaks 3-4 times, but it's all good, I got out there!
