foot is feeling about the same as yesterday so caoch jsut said bike again. 25 not too hard. Geena is injured too now so she biked with me so it wasnt bad. I'm getting pretty excited for states. i'm seeded 8th but hopefully it will go better and hopefully my foot will be fine. Also im not on the 4x8 anymore, were running delong. hopefully ill run tomorrow and it will feel alright. i have my doctors in the morning so we'll see what he says
