Focused on HR near 150. Was a struggle. Run, therefore, was SLOW. I think it is harder to run slow than fast sometimes.
Perpetuem in bottles (2 scoops - 260 cals/ bottle).
Drank about 1/2 of each bottle first 9 miles (24 OZ.). Filled up with water at gas station.
Drank 2 bottles on return 9 miles (48 Oz.)
Total 520 cals of Perpeturm during 3:15 of running. Probably not enough calories. Need to target 300 cals/hour.
