COMMENTS: Split: 1st half = 51:32
2nd half=54:27
Was a lot slower the last mile or two. Strong head wind going out and tail wind on 2/3 return.
Felt crappy late afternoon and spent the rest of day on couch. Did not feel too bad during run other than some aches and overall tiredness. Hit the 153 Max HR in the last mile speeding up to cross a road. Otherwise, very consistent.
Still trying to drop a couple of holiday pounds.
