Notes
Only "lapped" on the first 3 (Down, Up, Down). Then did U,D,U for total of 3 down, 3 up. Forgot to lap. Then ran 1.8 home.
Good up and down on legs. Should have gone longer but this will have to do with the travel / kids / etc.
Felt pretty darn good after yesterdays run. calves sore but not beaten down.
