Took a number of breaks during this effort. Hot, humid, and nauseous at times.
Overall, legs felt tired but capable given that had a very long effort yesterday. I attribute a lot of that to the Hokas I am becoming more keen about (Had them a year but wasn't sold). I think the beauty is in the recovery time saved (legs feel good).
Drank 2 bottles of Water - total 200 cals HEED.
