HR way up presumably due to illness (nasal / head cold since last Saturday). Effort doesn't reflect HR for sure but definitely still lacking some gusto. Heat didn't help.

Water to thirst (about 36-40 oz in 2 hours).

No salt/fuel

Nearly fainted at home - laid down, nausea and almost vomited. Ice on neck helped.
