Core: Torture Twists 3 sets of (3 x L,M,R for 3 sec hold)
Bench Press 100 lbs (3x3reps with 2-3 min rest between)
Deadlift 100 lbs (3x 3 reps 2-3 min rest between)
Deep Swimmers Row 35 lb/arm (3 x 3 reps w/ 2-3 min rest between)
1-legged reverse squat: 3 sets x 12 each leg
Run motion with arms: 3x 10 lbs until tired
Shoulder fly: 3 sets (10 lbsx12-15 reps)
Core Bridges: 3 sets (L, M, R x 45-60 sec / side)
