Notes

Lots of mud and snow. Ended up hiking a good deal through snow, rocks, vegetation. Got about 18" deep near top 1/3. Good workout even though slow going.

Legs still sore from the lower body workout Saturday.

5x gels. Water w/ Heed in Camelbak Octane (about 3 scoops)
