Planned to to do 50 mile but stopped at 50k. Legs not back from Zane yet. Right Hamstring / glute not well.
Last Inerval is pretty long b/c I sat there deciding whether to continue.
Really watched HR today and kept it at 150 or so (my Aerobic point I believe).
Took Vfuel q 20 mins first 2 hours. Then backed off a bit. Tried to take Vfuel every 20-30 mins + ~100 cals maltodextrin from flask. Flask held 300 cals worth.
Water - drank 20-24 oz/hour. Was cool.
Took salt at 90, 3 hours. Felt good. Stead pace most of day.
Tripping more toward end. Fell once on last lap. Legs tired.
