Notes

Ran 6 x 1,000 meters on the first 1K of the course on a 6:15 run/rest interval. It was uphill and into the wind on the way out and downhill and with the wind on the way back. The wind was very strong and slowed us down big time. The footing wasn't good at parts either.

Ran 3:27, 3:16, 3:28, 3:16, 3:25 and 3:11 for an average of about 3:26.7 out and 3:14.3 back. Felt like shit the whole workout. Most of the others ran like shit, too. Felt better after I shit after the second interval, but still didn't run any better. Decided to stop rather than run two more bad intervals.
