Ran my leg in the 2:12-2:13 range, right after the 3K. I was happy with that. Overall, our relay team (me, Matt, Alex and Sander) ran 9:07.31, which was fourth of six. We even beat the "fresh" team of James Davenport (wasn't fresh), Dan Hager, John Morganti and Frank Barker. We beat them by 16 seconds. Our legs were unofficially 2:13 (me), 2:21 (Matt), 2:21 (Alex) and 2:12 (Sander). I ran the first leg. I kicked hard with about 300 meters left. I felt good and was happy with the 800.
