Notes
Ran 2 x Mile on the course. First one was 6:00. Pretty slow, but it was on the course and into the wind. Second was in 5:30. Felt real good and under control. Sander met up with me and ran for about a 1/2-mile with me. Decided that two was all that I was going to do, not four.
