Notes
Ran the 8K race at Oswego in 27:13, a 54-second PR from my fastest legit 8K. Felt great the whole race and don't even remember wanting to stop. The course was a nice and fast course.
My splits were fairly consistent throughout the race. I went 5:18, 5:27 (10:45), 5:35 (16:20), 5:25 (21:45) and 5:28 (27:13). I was at 16:59-17:00 at the 5K, too. 25th overall of 157 and we got fourth as a team of 13, only behind Geneseo, SLU and Ithaca (who rested four or five of their top guys).
We ran well in packs with Dave Bolen finishing ninth, James, Scott and me at 23, 24, 25, and Aaron, Alex and Matt at 41, 42, 43. Happy with the race though.
