Ran the four-mile time trial in 22:12. Finished fourth on the team, behind Dave and James (21:49) and Scott (22:04). Alex was fifth at 22:39, Aaron was No. 6, Big John No. 7, Matt No. 8 and Dave S. No. 9.
It was a pretty flat loop but had lots of turns. I went through the half-mile in 2:38 and the mile in 5:17, came through two in 10:53 (5:36), three in 16:34 (5:41) and four in 22:12 (5:38).
I was struggling most of the run. My breathing was off less than a mile into the run and I was breathing heavily the rest of the way. I didn't have a kick at all and I only ran a 2:39 last 800.
I am somewhat happy, but wanted to break 22:00. I do feel strong, but just not fast yet. Soon enough.
