Ran by myself today. Did at least seven miles, but probably more. Felt all right. I think I was moving pretty good at times. Ran over to practice, out to Redman, right to the light, right to Sander's apartments, down around Izzo's neighborhood, out to the Pizza Hut corner, around my block and back. I saw Donna shoveling and waved to her. Probably going to do Sweden Hills early tomorrow.
