Stage Hill

Notes

Ran five sets of 200-200-400's at Stage Hill. Uphill 200's were 38-40 with one 37 in there. Downhills were 33-36 with one 37 in there. The 400's went 77, 77, 75, 77 and 76. We used the rest on our own, depending on how we felt. I was taking too little rest in the beginning, but then started pacing myself.

Legs felt okay but were sore towards the end. I still have that heavy feeling in my legs, but I guess that is the nature of miles. My breathing got difficult toward the end as well. Dave, Alex and I did the last 2-3 sets together with Dave way ahead of us. James did seven, Aaron did 5 1/2 and others less.

Pretty good workout overall. Good to get a little speed in. Maybe I'll start feeling fast? Nah!
