* 0.50 mi. in 3:47 (7:34 pace) - Ran over and dropped my bag off and ran to the indoor track practice. Breathing pretty hard for only going over there.
* 5.00 mi. in 35:57 (7:11 pace) - Ran the Tue/Thu loop with Alex and Dave. Man, felt like shit. Legs were quite tired and I was breathing pretty hard. Good to be running again, but I hope I feel better tomorrow.
* 0.40 mi. in 2:30 (6:15 pace) - Ran home from Brockway at a pretty good pace. it was freezing out.
