Ran at least seven miles with Alex. We ran out along the Frozen Food place, throught the trails to Sweden Hills, around Wegman's, apartments, Brockport Schools, Tuttle, Cooper, etc. Legs felt all right. We started out pretty easy, but picked it up pretty good from Sweden Hills and beyond. Breathing was heavy on the two or three hills we did, but fine after that. Nice run altogether. Can't wait until I don't have to wear shorts again!
