Ran warm-up with Alex, Matt, Dave S. and Blew. Thought the race was at 11:45, but we ended up not starting until noon, so that was a big punch in the nuts because I was ready to roll. Anyway, ran a 1:00 tempo run and did a 400 tempo run later. Legs felt all right, but no pop.
