Workout was steady state conditioning. 1x8min @tempo, 1 min, 1x 6 min sweetspot, 3 min and finally 5 min at threshold. Not a great day. Having trouble holding the power because my quads were pretty sore from yesterday. Think I overdid the workout yesterday.
